Regrettably, 11 months after purchasing my X5 M50d from Colm Quinn Athlone I have been stunned by how little care and attention I’ve received. Unreplied to messages and phone calls for 6 weeks and eventually a request to do a 6 hour round trip from Dublin to assess the fault rather than order in part and repair while there. Then a second trip to fit the replacement part if required. I was also told that the fault would most likely not be covered under warranty and to say that when I brought the car in and to see what could be done for me.

Visited a BMW dealer in Dublin today. Showed them the pic of the fault on my phone and from his desk the service advisor ordered a new part under warranty without even going to see the car in the carpark!

The drama over nothing from Colm Quinn BMW has caused me severe stress. I’m absolutely stunned at their nonchalance towards their customers and will never visit their dealership again.
