A Truly Seamless Experience and Exceptional service! I recently purchased my new car from the BMW salon in Enniscorthy, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked through the doors, the team made me feel incredibly welcome and at ease. What truly stood out was their relaxed and customer-focused approach. There was absolutely no rushing, and I felt genuinely looked after throughout the process. They took the time to answer all my questions. It was a refreshing change to experience such a calm and helpful environment when making a significant purchase. Entire transaction was surprisingly easy and stress-free, just a few signatures. A special mention must go to Bart, my salesman and Andy Buisness Manager. Both extremely nice but at the same time professional, friendly demeanor made a significant difference, and I would highly recommend to anyone considering a BMW. BMW should be incredibly proud to have Bart and the rest of the team at their Enniscorthy salon. Their dedication to outstanding customer service truly shines through, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

From the very first day we spoke with Mick and all his Team at Enniscorthy BMW about changing our car they could not have been more helpful or attentive. Mick and his Team advised us so well on all aspects - everything from pricing, spec , delivery dates ,number plates , the BMW app etc . When we had a very minor issue with our new car it was fixed within hours of a phone call to them . Mick then arranged for us to be gifted with a hotel voucher for the inconvenience caused ( of which there was absolutely none at all ! )We were surprised and blown away by this kindness. Mick is a gentleman to deal with and we couldn't recommend him and his Team enough.

A special shoutout to Bart, my sales contact, who was incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He made the entire process smooth and enjoyable, always ready for a good car chat. Andy, the business manager, was also fantastic, making sure all the financial and administrative details were taken care of efficiently. I also had some great chats with Andy, which made the process even more enjoyable. The dealership itself is top-notch, with a welcoming atmosphere and excellent amenities. The complimentary drinks, snacks, and coffee were a nice touch that made the experience even more pleasant. I must also mention the wonderful chap at reception (whose name I unfortunately forgot) and Tommy, the sales manager, both of whom contributed to the overall positive experience. Overall, J Donohoe BMW is a great dealership with a fantastic team. If you're in the market for a new BMW, especially a customized model, I highly recommend paying them a visit.
