Arrived for service at allotted time. Car taken and returned with service complete. Painless and efficient.  Staff pleasant. No surprises. Nice video sent showing underneath of car with staff member pointing out the positives as well as recommendation on need for new tyres. Video showed tire depth as each tyre was tested. All in all - impressed. Better than the two main Dublin BMW dealers I have used in the past.
