I recently purchased my Hyundai Inster from Adam’s of Tralee, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the very beginning, the whole process was smooth, professional, and completely stress-free. Everything was explained clearly, from the car’s features and specifications to ordering my preferred colour and the after-sales services available.

A huge thank you to Noel, who looked after me from start to finish. He was absolutely fantastic friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to making sure I was happy with every part of the purchase. Nothing was too much trouble, and he made collecting my new car such an exciting experience.

The level of customer service at Adam’s of Tralee is outstanding, and it’s clear they really value their customers. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new car or use their servicing department. Thank you again to Noel and the entire team for such a wonderful experience. I’m absolutely delighted with my new Hyundai Inster!

Excellent service from start to finish. The staff were friendly, professional, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I appreciated the video inspection of my car, the clear explanation of any additional work required, and the upfront communication on costs before proceeding. Amy was particularly helpful, providing regular updates and excellent customer service. As a bonus, the car was washed before collection. A seamless experience all round. I will definitely return for my next service and would highly recommend Adam's Garage Tralee. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Just bought a hyundai kona electric. my first electric car. From Adam's of tralee. A fantastic experience dealing with Marcus and Donie from Adam's. I would highly recommend them, everything was explained in simple terms and told to come back if I wasn't sure about any of the settings in the car, and they would explain further, AND ITS A FANTASTIC CAR.

Thank you to Liam & all team for looking after me. Collected my new car yesterday. Delighted with hybrid kona in my favourite colour.

I bought my car from Adams 1 year ago, and I went in recently with a DPF issue in the car. They first thought it was faulty glowplugs which they replaced, but the issue was still there. The date of the warrenty was slightly gone past by a month or so, but they still honoured replacment of the DPF which I was grateful for. The reception staff were lovely to deal with it. I didnt give 5 stars as i was left without a car for 10 days prior to the glowplugs getting fitted which i was a bit disappointed about. I still rate them as a garage and would purchase again from them in future.

Adams of Tralee

Barlo Engineering trading as Clonmel Engineering Works was started by Matt Barlow in 1944 (father of Sean Barlow) .The original premises was in Emmet Street, Clonmel which is where Superquinn Shopping Centre is now located.

The company's first major achievement came in 1948 when we were appointed Main Distributors for David Brown tractors and Claas combine harvesters. This contract meant we were the sole distributors for counties Tipperary, Kilkenny and Waterford for David Brown and Class.

Business kept going from strength to strength during the 1960's and 1970's, and in 1978 , the newly named Barlo Farm Machinery moved it's Clonmel premises to a brand new facility which was opened by Mr Jim Gibbons, the then Minister for Agriculture.

Barlo Farm Machinery served the farming community with great pride from it's 5 branches, namely Clonmel, Kilkenny, Thurles, Tipperary Town and Dungarvan right up to the early 2000's. A new generation of the Barlow family were coming through ,and in 1989 , Barlo Motors was appointed as Main Ford dealer for South Tipperary. The ' Barlo' name meant a lot to people and it was seen as a great move forward for the area to have Barlo Motors selling Ford cars and commercials. Sadness came in 2002 when Dealer Principal Ray Barlow passed away after a short illness. The company re-grouped and Alan and Ivan Barlow came to the helm and this is still how things are today.

The Barlo motto from the start was ' Treat Your Customer As You Would Like To Be Treated Yourself ' and this has worked well as we still deal with many grandchildren of original customer's back in the 1940's.

Buying my first brand new car off the lot was a huge deal for me, and the experience I had with was honestly exceptional from start to finish.

I dealt with Brendan, and he went above and beyond throughout the entire process. No question was ever too much, nothing felt rushed, and I never once felt under pressure. I was able to take multiple test drives and really take my time figuring out what I wanted, which made such a difference.

Brendan was incredibly helpful with all the paperwork and made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. Every single thing that was promised happened exactly when he said it would. Everything was delivered on time, communication was excellent, and the whole experience just felt easy and enjoyable.

I visited a lot of showrooms while searching for my first new car, and nowhere else came close to the atmosphere at Barlo Hyundai. Everyone was so friendly, approachable, and genuinely willing to go out of their way to help me get exactly what I wanted.

I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else now. I’ll absolutely be back again in the future, and I genuinely couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Thanks Brendan.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience buying my new Hyundai i20 Deluxe from Barlo Hyundai Clonmel.
From my very first visit, I was made to feel welcome and never under any pressure. Keith was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and helpful. He took the time to answer all of my questions and helped me decide which car was the best fit for me. His honest advice and professional approach made choosing my new car an easy and enjoyable experience.
When it came time to collect the car, John was equally outstanding. He had everything perfectly organised. He also took plenty of time to explain all the new technology and features of the car in a clear and easy to understand way, making sure I felt confident before driving away.
The customer service from both Keith and John was exceptional from start to finish. They were friendly, professional and genuinely cared about making the whole experience enjoyable.
I absolutely love my new Hyundai i20 Deluxe and I couldn't be happier with both the car and the outstanding service I received. I would highly recommend Barlo Hyundai to anyone looking to buy a car.
Thank you, Keith and John, for making this such a positive and memorable experience!

I was extremely satisfied with the service from start to finish. The communication throughout was excellent, keeping me informed every step of the way. The waiting time was exactly as promised, and the pricing was fair and transparent with no surprises. The staff and in particular Catriona were professional, friendly, and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. I would happily recommend this dealership to anyone and will definitely return for future servicing.

Had a repair done under warranty and Cathriona was fantastic throughout. Great communication keeping me informed at each step and even opened early this morning so I could return the courtesy car and get to work. First class service.

We are delighted with the customer service we received. From the very beginning with our many visits checking things out, no pressure was felt. All the staff were friendly and relaxed, Brendan especially was very helpful with our final choice, with our applications, & all the forms which made things stress free for us, as well as set up on the new car before driving home.
Thank you very much we love our new car!! 🚘

Bright Hyundai provides the highest level of customer care for you and your vehicle, located at Airside Motor Park, Swords, Dublin. We are part of Bright Motor Group, one of Ireland's most trusted vehicle retailers.

I brought my car to Bright Hyundai Airside for a recall repair. I had initially contacted my local Hyundai dealership but never heard back from them and had a friend recommend Hyundai Bright so i registered with them instead and was very happy that I did. They contacted me very promptly to complete the repair on a date that was convenient to me. Excellent customer service all the way through from my initial registration for the recall repair to being handed back my keys. The lady at reception even walked me out to my car after the work was completed to be sure I located it ok. I thought this was a very nice touch. I felt the staff at Bright Hyundai Airside went above and beyond and I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them in the future.

Just collected my car from Conor . From the start to finish Conor was great - helped
Me with all
My questions and picking a car - spent time going through all the car - super customer service and well recommended Conor if you want a new or old car ! I did have a small issue after but rang and it was sorted very quickly thanks
To Molly in the service department also she is very helpfully - well recommended !

Absolutely incredible customer service—truly professional from start to finish. I’ve bought cars from different places before, and the communication and aftercare just weren’t good enough. However, the aftercare after buying my Hyundai from Brightside Swords, especially from Dillon, has been incredible. Dillon Fetherston is a real credit to the company. I would totally recommend buying a car from them—especially dealing with Dillon.”

I had an excellent experience trading in my car and collecting my new one from Damian Callaly of Bright Hyundai, Airside, Dublin. Damian guided me through every step with real professionalism, explaining the lead-in times on the new model and offered a very fair trade‑in value compared with competitors. Damian kept in regular contact keeping me up to date of delivery schedules. When it came time to collect my new car it was impeccably presented and I was taken through all of the car's suite of features. The whole process was friendly, smooth, transparent, and genuinely impressive.

I first emailed to enquire about buying a car, but I was simply sent a form in a very uninterested manner. Then I called by phone and was told that someone would get back to me, but nobody called.

After that, I personally visited the branch. This time, I was given a finance application form and told to fill it out at home and send it by email.

This is the 11th car I have purchased in Ireland, and 8 of them were bought through car finance. I can honestly say this was the most uninterested sales representative I have ever dealt with.

Normally, when someone comes to you to buy a €50,000 car, you at least offer them a cup of tea, ask how they are, and try to provide proper customer service. Unfortunately, the level of sales approach, training, and customer relations was extremely poor.

I was not happy with the service provided by Virgil Fagan.

I had a very positive experience with the Hyundai service team. While the service is a bit on the expensive side, the quality definitely reflects it. They diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately, and every visit took as little as two hours, which was really impressive. The repair was carried out promptly, communication was clear throughout, and they even returned the car with a complimentary wash. Professional, efficient, and reliable service—I would happily recommend them.

I collected my new IONIQ 6 N Line from Connolly’s Hyundai Galway and the whole experience was genuinely excellent from start to finish. The team were friendly, professional, and easy to deal with — no pressure, just good advice and clear communication throughout.

On collection day they took the time to walk me through the car properly, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was set up and ready to go before I left. It was my first drive in the car and it was a great handover — the IONIQ 6 is a brilliant car: smooth, quiet, comfortable and feels really solid on the road.

Big thanks to everyone involved for making it such a positive, hassle-free experience. Highly recommend Connolly’s Hyundai Galway if you’re considering a new Hyundai.

I couldn't recommend Connolly's Hyundai Galway highly enough. Excellent support from the beginning, really great staff...special shout out to Declan and Andy but everyone in the salesroom were super helpful and friendly.
And now I have a fantastic new Hyundai Kona Elegance for road-tripping. Happy days. 👍👍

Recently purchased a Hyundai Kona Hybrid from Connolly Hyundai Galway. A fantastic experience from start to finish.
Great people, professional service, and a very smooth process. Really impressed with the Kona and once again reminded why I love Hyundai company cars, reliability, comfort, and smart technology.
Highly recommend the team at Connolly Hyundai Galway. 👏🚗

Had my car serviced at Connolly's Hyundai Galway Service Centre in Oranmore and I am very impressed with the experience. The staff were professional, friendly, and efficient from drop-off to pick-up. Communication was clear, the work was done within the estimated time, and they even returned my car with a complimentary wash! Excellent customer service and reliable work. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience buying our Hyundai Kona at Doran motors. I couldn't recommend Gerard highly enough, he was so helpful to us, very informative and friendly. He advised us on the right car to buy, and yes we are very happy with our Hyundai Kona 2025. Thank you Gerard for all your help.

Outstanding work from all the team for my new car! Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at Doran Motors when getting my car serviced. The cost and length of service was communicated up front. I received a video by email of the car being checked and while waiting the email had outlined what passed and what needed to be done and if I wanted to proceed then and there with the work to be carried out. I received a phone call after to check if everything was good with the car also.

Great service experience - very thorough.

I would strongly advise not to use this garage.my car has broken down 4 times in 11 months and after being told just last november it was completly repaired with 5 thousand euros of parts and labour it has again broken down with multiple issues.
They are refusing to even acknowledge the issues and say it needs an oil change and an air filter and they want 500 euro before they will even diagnose the other faults!again I say it was supposedly completly repaired a matter of weeks ago!
I refused this diagnostic report as false and am going to court on the matter.
They have now emailed me saying that they will be charging 25 euro PER NIGHT the car is there!!
So please be advised these people are not to be trusted.
Minus 5 stars if I could!see you in court!

I recently purchased my Inster here and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Ciaran was absolutely brilliant to deal with — friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without ever being pushy.
He took the time to answer all my questions, walked me through the features of the car, and made sure I was completely comfortable with my decision. The whole process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free, which made a big difference.
I’m really happy with my new car and grateful for the excellent service I received. I’d highly recommend this dealership, and especially Ciaran, to anyone thinking about buying a car.

Brendan was very helpful from the very beginning until we picked up the car. My wife has a disability and he made the whole process seamless. David also put us in touch with OC Cars and they had options available that helped us immensely. I would recommend Fairview motors to anybody.

My 251 Hyundai Inster developed a coolant fault not long after purchase, not what you want to hear with a brand new car. But the experience at Fairview Motors turned it around completely!!

Akhil and the service team got a replacement sorted for me promptly, so I was never left without a car while mine was being worked on. They kept me updated throughout and got it fixed properly at the end. David on the sales side was equally great throughout the whole process.

Here’s the thing, cars are machines, and sometimes, they go bonkers. What actually tells you about a dealership is how they handle it when they do. Fairview Motors handled it brilliantly. When the time comes for my next car, it won’t even be a question, I’ll be going straight back to Fairview. Couldn’t recommend them more.

We have been dealing with Fairview Motors for a number of years now, and I think this is our third or fourth car from them.

It has always been an absolute pleasure dealing with the sales team at Fairview Motors, especially Ciarán. He is always welcoming, accommodating, professional, and genuinely easy to deal with. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and he consistently provides an excellent customer experience.

I wish everyone at Fairview Motors continued success in the future, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a new car. Best of luck to the whole team!

Best service ever. My 3rd car with them, always with Ciaran and the before and after sale is fantastic. Even sent my sis to buy the 4th one.
I keep trying other places just in case and always come back to Ciaran. There is no better place to buy a car.

I recently had my MG5 annual service here, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised.
I used Frank Keane MG for servicing before, but the two experiences are simply not comparable.
This is my third MG over the past five years, and this was by far the best service experience I've had.
A big thank you to the two ladies on the service desk.
They were both incredibly professional, friendly, and kind, and made the whole experience a pleasure.
I truly hope all my future visits will be just as positive. Highly recommended!

Brian was hugely helpful and knowledgeable about all aspects of electrical cars. He never made us feel pressured and made himself available to answer all our questions regardless of how big or small they were. Can recommend 100% buying a car with Hyundai Kildare Town

Colin Dowling is the epitome of a professional sales man, he went out of his way to meet the requirements I had and what I needed, from my first meeting with Colin , I had my car in 48 hours, delivered by Colin to my workplace so there was minimum disruption to my day, I am very happy with my new Kona, the efficiency and the professionalism shown by Colin was admirable, I would suggest Hyundai Deansgrange request some training from Colin. The efficient communication from Colin and his follow up means I will always go back to him to buy future cars and would recommend him highly if you want a smooth buyer experience. Thank You, Triona Flood

I am very disappointed with my recent experience. I left my vehicle with the dealership for a gearbox service and, after collecting it and driving straight home (approximately one hour), I discovered fresh damage to the bonnet that was not there before. I reported it immediately and provided photographs, expecting the matter to be resolved fairly.

Unfortunately, despite my efforts to resolve the issue amicably, we were unable to reach an agreement. I was not looking to blame anyone unfairly—I simply wanted my concerns to be taken seriously and for us to find a reasonable resolution.

What disappoints me most is not the damage itself, but how the situation was handled. As a customer, I expected better communication and a greater willingness to work towards a fair outcome. Instead, I was left feeling that my genuine concern had been dismissed.

Sadly, because we could not reach an agreement, I will not be using this dealership again in the future, nor would I feel confident recommending it to others. I hope they will handle similar situations differently in the future.

Total disrespect and disregard for customers! I paid €264.99 for an Intermediate Service on my Hyundai ix20 and left feeling completely misled.

The invoice states that the air filter would be inspected/cleaned, yet after collecting the car it was still visibly dirty. The cabin filter was also clearly not replaced. Aside from the oil change, I have serious questions about what work was actually carried out.

Even more disappointing was the communication. I left three messages during the day because I was repeatedly told the Service Department was busy. When I finally got through at around 5:30 pm, I was simply told the car was ready for collection and that the recommendations would be discussed when I arrived.

Those recommendations included worn rear brakes, a collapsed control arm bush and a clutch issue. At no point did anyone call me to discuss these safety-related items or provide quotations while the vehicle was already in the workshop.

This isn't the first disappointing experience I've had with Fitzpatrick's, but it will certainly be my last.

I expect honesty, communication and for the work I pay for to actually be carried out. Instead, I left feeling that I had paid over €260 for far less than the service described on the invoice.

I have now submitted a formal complaint and am requesting a refund for the work that was not completed.
