SEAI ZEVI Electric Dealership of the Year 2022, 2024.
SIMI Bodyshop of the Year 2025.

I recently had my MG5 annual service here, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised.
I used Frank Keane MG for servicing before, but the two experiences are simply not comparable.
This is my third MG over the past five years, and this was by far the best service experience I've had.
A big thank you to the two ladies on the service desk.
They were both incredibly professional, friendly, and kind, and made the whole experience a pleasure.
I truly hope all my future visits will be just as positive. Highly recommended!

Brian was hugely helpful and knowledgeable about all aspects of electrical cars. He never made us feel pressured and made himself available to answer all our questions regardless of how big or small they were. Can recommend 100% buying a car with Hyundai Kildare Town

Colin Dowling is the epitome of a professional sales man, he went out of his way to meet the requirements I had and what I needed, from my first meeting with Colin , I had my car in 48 hours, delivered by Colin to my workplace so there was minimum disruption to my day, I am very happy with my new Kona, the efficiency and the professionalism shown by Colin was admirable, I would suggest Hyundai Deansgrange request some training from Colin. The efficient communication from Colin and his follow up means I will always go back to him to buy future cars and would recommend him highly if you want a smooth buyer experience. Thank You, Triona Flood

I am very disappointed with my recent experience. I left my vehicle with the dealership for a gearbox service and, after collecting it and driving straight home (approximately one hour), I discovered fresh damage to the bonnet that was not there before. I reported it immediately and provided photographs, expecting the matter to be resolved fairly.

Unfortunately, despite my efforts to resolve the issue amicably, we were unable to reach an agreement. I was not looking to blame anyone unfairly—I simply wanted my concerns to be taken seriously and for us to find a reasonable resolution.

What disappoints me most is not the damage itself, but how the situation was handled. As a customer, I expected better communication and a greater willingness to work towards a fair outcome. Instead, I was left feeling that my genuine concern had been dismissed.

Sadly, because we could not reach an agreement, I will not be using this dealership again in the future, nor would I feel confident recommending it to others. I hope they will handle similar situations differently in the future.

Total disrespect and disregard for customers! I paid €264.99 for an Intermediate Service on my Hyundai ix20 and left feeling completely misled.

The invoice states that the air filter would be inspected/cleaned, yet after collecting the car it was still visibly dirty. The cabin filter was also clearly not replaced. Aside from the oil change, I have serious questions about what work was actually carried out.

Even more disappointing was the communication. I left three messages during the day because I was repeatedly told the Service Department was busy. When I finally got through at around 5:30 pm, I was simply told the car was ready for collection and that the recommendations would be discussed when I arrived.

Those recommendations included worn rear brakes, a collapsed control arm bush and a clutch issue. At no point did anyone call me to discuss these safety-related items or provide quotations while the vehicle was already in the workshop.

This isn't the first disappointing experience I've had with Fitzpatrick's, but it will certainly be my last.

I expect honesty, communication and for the work I pay for to actually be carried out. Instead, I left feeling that I had paid over €260 for far less than the service described on the invoice.

I have now submitted a formal complaint and am requesting a refund for the work that was not completed.

Had a great experience buying my new Hyundai Inster Electric from Fitzpatrick’s Garage Hyundai Naas. Liam McGeeney was fantastic to deal with from start to finish. He took the time to explain the Scrappage scheme, helped me with the finance
application, and answered all my questions without any pressure. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free, and I’m delighted with my new car. I’d definitely recommend Fitzpatrick’s Garage Hyundai Naas to anyone considering buying a new car.

I received excellent service from Dean Maher. He kept me well informed during the process and responded quickly to any queries I had. He ensured the ICE2EV application was entered on time and car was delivered soon after.

Picked up my new Ioniq 5 last Thursday. It was just as ordered and beautiful. Liam was excellent throughout the whole process, which was very quick from start to finish. Attentively answering all questions and patient when going through the Bluelink set up process with me. Very happy with the service and of course my new car.
