We went to several hyundai dealers and ended up ordering the Tucson Plug-in 2022 at Drogheda.

The manager Mr. Conor Walsh sales attitude is very positive, friendly and makes people feel welcome. When picking up the new car, he explained to us some of the functions of new car driving; Very patiently explained to us about the service of the new car for the next 5 years.

And fully charged the new car; Very attentive and thoughtful, making people feel that he takes his career seriously and has professionalism.

But the only downside is that when the new car arrived, he said he would send me a video of the new car, but he didn't do it.   We accepted his apology when we met.

I would recommend Mr.Conor Walsh to my friends if they want to buy a car.

Paid €120 for diagnostics on my Suzuki Swift for loss of power, shaking, and engine light issues. I was told no fault was found, despite the problem clearly existing. The exact same issue happened again 2 days after I collected my car from them after yet they refused to recheck it and said they couldn’t help because it’s a Japanese import.

If they were unable to work on Japanese imports, this should have been made clear before charging. This exact issue (misfire) was fixed by a garage in Carrickmacross over a year ago. I don’t live there anymore so I had to find someone locally. Very disappointing service from an approved Suzuki dealer. Would not recommend. Waste of time and money I will never get back.

Absolute waste of €120 (incl. VAT). Took my money first, then told me they can’t access parts or wiring info for Japanese imports — completely pointless service that should have been disclosed upfront.

They claimed the car was driven. If that were true, the fault would have been obvious within seconds. The car sat in their garage all day, which says it all.

Customer service was appalling: no call when promised, had to chase them repeatedly, and the manager refused to take any responsibility.

Do not recommend. Look elsewhere.
