I collected my new IONIQ 6 N Line from Connolly’s Hyundai Galway and the whole experience was genuinely excellent from start to finish. The team were friendly, professional, and easy to deal with — no pressure, just good advice and clear communication throughout.

On collection day they took the time to walk me through the car properly, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was set up and ready to go before I left. It was my first drive in the car and it was a great handover — the IONIQ 6 is a brilliant car: smooth, quiet, comfortable and feels really solid on the road.

We had a very positive experience. Cian Tottman was the staff member who sold us the car. Our intention was to  upgrade our car by purchasing a second hand car but Cian managed to convince us to buy a new car.  Cian is a very courteous, pleasant young man. He was very helpful and kept regular contact with us at all times during the process. He is a very dedicated staff and is a great sales man  We wish him the best of luck for the future.

I previously reviewed Connolly's sales department and said that they were faultless and, now that our cars have been serviced,  I'd like to give a huge shout out to their really amazing service department. They are soooo superior to Volkswagen's service Dept (we both had VW's for over 9 years). The staff are all super helpful but have to mention the mighty Shane who is a real joy to deal with and even, really kindly, paired my new phone to my car for me. You're the best Shane!

I bought and collected a demo Hyundai recently.
On contacting Connolly's service department last week the Service Advisor was not downright unhelpful and unable to answer some simple queries regarding the car I had purchased from their sales department which is at a separate location near the City.
I have an appointment to visit Connolly's next week for some small adjustments including a software update for navigation/communication system.
I will update you afterwards and let you know if the quality of Connolly's aftersales service is satisfactory/has improved.
