Lovely experience whit Bolands BMW, we got a BMW X1 and we are very happy whit the car. It was a surprize gift and he was more than happy . Dealing whit Robert from BMW Waterford was easy, and helpful as car has been delivered to us. Thank you very much for everything!

The service counter guys were very helpful. I was told what work had to be done and the time involved. After the service was finished they discussed in detail backed up with a video the work that was done and what to keep an eye on. Overall , I was very happy with the whole setup.

The fact alone that Boland's offers a courtesy car when your vehicle is being serviced puts it miles ahead of the other BMW dealers around the country. I've had a piss-poor experience with my BMW so far due to the (main) dealer I purchased it from so I decided to take my business elsewhere. Thank God because Jade was genuinely a breathe of fresh air to deal with. Simply put, I've had buyers remorse since I purchased the vehicle due to the 'quality' of service I received from the dealer in Dublin. Once I switched to Bolands, I don't have that bad taste in my mouth anymore - I actually feel valued as a customer. Great feeling.
