Fantastic experience purchasing from Boland's Garage in Waterford. Dominik Fraczek was excellent from start to finish. Dominik was absolutely brilliant to deal with, he answered every question clearly, walked us through all of the details and went out of his way with retrieving warranty history and previous owner’s history and even delivered the car to our door after a late request. His communication was fast, professional, and genuinely helpful, he always came back with answers to requests from us. Nothing was a problem, and he never pressured us once which is unusual in this business. He's a major asset to the dealership and the main reason why we would return to Bolands again – provided Dominik is our salesman. Outstanding service, thanks Dominik. Also, thanks to Roger and the very pleasant lady at reception whose name I didn't catch.

I just had my car serviced and was really impressed with the whole experience. Having a lift arranged for pickup and drop-off was super convenient. Plus, the little extras, like the car freshener, were a nice touch. Overall, the service was fantastic, and I highly recommend it.

From start to finish, Dominik was absolutely exceptional to deal with. He answered every question clearly, followed up on every detail, and went out of his way to reassure us by arranging battery checks, tyre/pad measurements, warranty history, videos - everything we needed to make an informed decision. His communication was fast, professional, and genuinely helpful. Nothing was a problem, and he never once made us feel rushed or pressured. It’s rare these days to come across someone who takes this much pride in their work. Bolands should be more than proud to have Dominik on their team - he’s a credit to the dealership and a huge part of why we wouldn’t hesitate buying a car with them in the future.
