From start to finish, the team went above and beyond to ensure that my specific requests for parts and features, which weren't typically available to order, were seamlessly handled. A special shoutout to Bart, my sales contact, who was incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He made the entire process smooth and enjoyable, always ready for a good car chat. Andy, the business manager, was also fantastic, making sure all the financial and administrative details were taken care of efficiently. I also had some great chats with Andy, which made the process even more enjoyable. The dealership itself is top-notch, with a welcoming atmosphere and excellent amenities. The complimentary drinks, snacks, and coffee were a nice touch that made the experience even more pleasant. I must also mention the wonderful chap at reception (whose name I unfortunately forgot) and Tommy, the sales manager, both of whom contributed to the overall positive experience. A Truly Seamless Experience and Exceptional service! I recently purchased my new car from the BMW salon in Enniscorthy, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. There was absolutely no rushing, and I felt genuinely looked after throughout the process. They took the time to answer all my questions. It was a refreshing change to experience such a calm and helpful environment when making a significant purchase. Entire transaction was surprisingly easy and stress-free, just a few signatures. Both extremely nice but at the same time professional, friendly demeanor made a significant difference, and I would highly recommend to anyone considering a BMW.
