Some days things go wrong: the key doesn't open an old Dacia Duster's fuel cap, then it gets stuck; the iPhone runs out of charge, but your debit cards are on it, and there are two more toll booths to go. But when I sat at the Dacia service desk for the booking, I was met by a woman who understood I was having a bad day. Organised everything, really, really going above and beyond what I was expecting, and soon I was on my way, car done with two new keys and everything in between, including two great interactions with the mechanic... he knows is good.
