Bought my latest car from here from Ab and he was able to meet my requests and help me find what I'm searching for very quickly. The most impressive part of this sale was unfortunately a fuse had gone and caused the car to not be able to start within the warranty time. Ab and the lads got me sorted within about 30 minutes from time of the breakdown. Sorted me with a courtesy car no questions asked and my car got fixed up within the week and Ab kept in touch without having to chase answers. Car received back fresh, clean and ready to go. Not the best experience at all
I bought my car from car store last year November and ever since it has been nothing but stress,frustration and disappointment,3 months into having the car it started giving me problems I got it booked for service,a month later the car had problems again even worse than before,I get stuck on the busy motor way,stuck in the middle of nowhere and despite all my attempts to get it fixed I don’t get help,no communication at all,I have to be on the phone all the time trying to get my car fixed with no luck,this car has brought me nothing but so much stress,I just don’t want anything to do with this car anymore I’m better off without,I realised kerrys car store don’t care about customer service at all,the treatment you get before you buy the car is not the same as the treatment you get after buying the car
