Just collected my new BYD Sealion 7 Excellence. What a car!!! Comfort, power and refinement all rolled into one beautiful package. Service from Erti and Joe was fantastic. The whole setup made the process smooth and enjoyable, and the follow-up service has been second to none. The car itself is out of this world – incredible range, amazing to drive, and easily one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. On top of that, the aftercare package is unbelievable: customer service calls to check in, free servicing for a few years, free tyres, brakes, and even window wipers. Before I dealt with Waterford BYD I contacted BYD dealers closer to my home in Limerick. BYD Limerick and Waterford were the only replies. I was trading a 181 5 series BMW in very good condition and low mileage. I got a better deal with Waterford BYD and didn't mind traveling. I dealt with John Sweeney and have to say "couldn't have met"a nicer guy. He was there everytime I sent an email or made a phone call and made the whole experience very positive and easy.
