Excellent service from start to finish! Decided to trade in my VW to buy a brand new BYD Seal U-Dmi. Received a very competitive trade-in price, so I decided to go ahead with the order. From the order to delivery, Erti and Joe kept in touch with me and informed me of the required steps to finalise the deal. Excellent attention to detail and customer service. Handover process was very simple and efficient. I can not comment on vehicle service and aftersales experiance, but will definitely update on this at later stage once this service is required.
