Excellent service from start to finish! Decided to trade in my VW to buy a brand new BYD Seal U-Dmi. Received a very competitive trade-in price, so I decided to go ahead with the order. From the order to delivery, Erti and Joe kept in touch with me and informed me of the required steps to finalise the deal. Excellent attention to detail and customer service. Handover process was very simple and efficient. I can not comment on vehicle service and aftersales experiance, but will definitely update on this at later stage once this service is required. I purchased a Byd Seal U in January and I was very impressed by the pre-sale, sale process and after sale care and attention given. I dealt with John S who made the whole process very quick and easy and most of all made me feel like my sale was important to the team. John sent a video of the exact car before purchase and answered any questions I had. When I arrived at the garage, the whole sales and management team were welcoming and made the day very enjoyable. I was also gifted a beautiful bouquet of flowers which was a lovely touch. He also provide swift answers to me after sale and I received a phone call a few weeks later to ensure that all was well with the car.
