Ford Puma ST Line 1.0 low Mileage

This service is excellent. My car was taken in first thing in the morning and the service was completed and returned to me within a couple of hours. The person on reception was very helpful in having the service completed as quickly as possible. The only comment I would make about the waiting area is that it’s not roomy enough and is close to the main door and can be a little cold.

Overall my purchase was a great experience, very professional salesperson who followed up on my enquiry promptly with great information and advice. A workshop backlog led to a minor delay having my purchase prepared, but these things can happen to any busy business. Thank you to everyone involved. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Excellent courtesy & attentiveness from lady at 'exchange of car keys' desk. Garage car was ready, supplied with ample petrol and a pleasure to drive. Service was accountable regarding any extra expenses that would or could be incurred due to issues arising re car being serviced. Car was valeted which was very much appreciated.
