Ford Puma ST Line X Mild Hybrid 1.0 Petrol

This service is excellent. My car was taken in first thing in the morning and the service was completed and returned to me within a couple of hours. The person on reception was very helpful in having the service completed as quickly as possible. The only comment I would make about the waiting area is that it’s not roomy enough and is close to the main door and can be a little cold.

Just had my first dealings with Spirit Lillis O’Donnell and it was a breath of fresh air compared to the previous Ford garage I’ve dealt with. Very easy to deal with and a quick turnaround. Special shout out to the lovely lady at the desk (didn’t catch her name). Will be servicing and purchasing future vans here for sure and hopefully a raptor if I can talk my wife into it!! 🤣

Overall my purchase was a great experience, very professional salesperson who followed up on my enquiry promptly with great information and advice. A workshop backlog led to a minor delay having my purchase prepared, but these things can happen to any busy business. Thank you to everyone involved. I would definitely recommend this dealership.
