Very pleasant experience. They dropped the car over an hour to get to me at no charge and even had the diesel pretty full. Cars been perfect and any questions or queries I've had since have been dealt with straight away. The guys are happy to help, very professional and informative without an attitude. Very poor customer service. When asking questions I was treated with sarcasm, for example when I asked the reason for selling (why the previous owner want to sell it), a very normal question, the person answered “I don’t know if you noticed, but we sell cars here, that’s the reason”. Like?! If this is how they treat someone that wants to buy, imagine how they will treat you after?
