Just wanting to say that today's service was really good it was great from the get-go and Simon from spare parts really took the time to help.

Phil the legend at Midland Suzuki is highly recommended. He offers competitive prices, is friendly, efficient, and responds promptly. While other branches said we’d have to wait at least 12 months for a Jimny, Phil followed up and secured one from a canceled order at Suzuki Australia. We're glad we met Phil; he saved us hassle and is the best salesman we've ever met—honest and not pushy, getting things done efficiently.Every one in the branch was really friendly too , the vibe is really good, I definitely recommend my friends to come here for their vehicle purchase:)

Update: As I have seen midland Suzuki has responded to my concern. The wait for this part is not my issue, it is the customer service (or lack there of), communication and respect. The way I have been spoken to on multiple occasions is appalling, and have been sent around in circles for months. Not one person could tell me why this unit has taken so long, but can get an answer within 24 hours of posting a poor review. Dissappointed is an understatement. This service center is the worst service I have experienced in my entire life. I had a part ordered for my car, and told roughly a month wait, 3, almost 4 months later, still nothing. I called every day to get an update and was told “we don’t know why”, put on hold for almost an hour, and told on 3 different occasions a manager would call me the following day and still never heard a thing.
