I was there to rent the Europcar. ie, and if you need to do that, please ask Rebecca. She's kindness, friendly person and empathise with the customer. So if you need to rent a car, call her and ask her to help you.

I went into the shop to look at buying a used car. There was no one else there (unsurprisingly). The receptionist completely ignored me and continued to type and look away even though it was obvious I was waiting for her attention. Eventually I said excuse me to get her attention but she bizarrely continued to type completely ignoring me without any acknowledgement. A very bizarre experience and shocking customer service.
