Clancy motors has been looking after my cars for over 20 years. Always great value and great service!

As the teams were busy, I could not get my car repaired here. But the front desk personnel were helpful. They suggested alternate places for my car repair

I was there to rent the Europcar. ie, and if you need to do that, please ask Rebecca. She's kindness, friendly person and empathise with the customer. So if you need to rent a car, call her and ask her to help you.

I went into the shop to look at buying a used car. There was no one else there (unsurprisingly). The receptionist completely ignored me and continued to type and look away even though it was obvious I was waiting for her attention. Eventually I said excuse me to get her attention but she bizarrely continued to type completely ignoring me without any acknowledgement. A very bizarre experience and shocking customer service.

Carried out work on a service without asking (added two new tyres and wipers that weren't needed) - would never use again. If you must use this company be clear from the start what you want done otherwise you may get nasty surprise when you see the bill.
