Cons: The place is hard to navigate with extremely limited parking for customers. Despite being the largest dealership in Galway, they cannot provide all service requirements for the vehicles they sell and service. They also hold "bankers hours". You MUST take time out of work in order to get any work done. My wait was 6 WEEKS to fix something. Previously I had to wait EIGHT weeks for a basic service. While the employees are wonderful and the quality of their work is good, I can't say I'd recommend them for service for these reasons. They clearly do not value the money their customers time and money.
