She listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and ensured my car was diagnosed and repaired quickly. The overall handover experience today in receiving my new E class was exceptional. The car was in, a very luxurious handover space, and was immaculately presented. Mark had all of the paperwork ready, and went through the features of the car thoroughly.
