She listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and ensured my car was diagnosed and repaired quickly. The service was professional, honest, and efficient, and my car was even returned cleaned inside and out. A big thank you to Karen and the entire team — highly recommended.

The overall handover experience today in receiving my new E class was exceptional. The car was in, a very luxurious handover space, and was immaculately presented. Mark had all of the paperwork ready, and went through the features of the car thoroughly. However, given the number of extraordinary features on the car he went through the basics, and recommended I drive a car for a month and then he will go into more detail.
