I received notifications of problem with battery, happened twice returning to Ireland from abroad. Die not experience any problems on arrival and had none afterwards. Decided it was an error. Then I got another notification and contacted Fitzpatricks by email. They called me and arranged inspection that afternoon. Battery was faulty and replaced straight. Great service Fitzpatricks and I will not ignore notifications again.

Cannot recommend Fitzpatrick's enough. This is the second car we bought from them and we'll be back again. No pressure sales, no fads, just honest advice and great prices. We've dealt with both Brian and Kevin. There's a reason they keep with EV retailer awards.
