The overall handover experience today in receiving my new E class was exceptional. The car was in, a very luxurious handover space, and was immaculately presented. Mark had all of the paperwork ready, and went through the features of the car thoroughly. However, given the number of extraordinary features on the car he went through the basics, and recommended I drive a car for a month and then he will go into more detail. Courteous and friendly service above the normal call of duty including several courteous calls to rearrange times, etc. Lovely premises; quiet, clean with complimentary refreshments. I’m certain the mechanics work was carried out to a high standard also. other garages could learn a lot from a visit.
