Just wanting to say that today's service was really good it was great from the get-go and Simon from spare parts really took the time to help.

Dealer ordered and prepared wrong colour Jimny, car all payed for through novated lease company. Then noticed incorrect colour when I was about to sign rego papers. preferred colour now not available until mid 26 so they offered a grey or dark green. Agreed to the grey colour and dealer was going to get straight onto it. It's been 2 weeks and no action from Dealership to myself or lease company.

This is the second time I’ve had both the Farm Triton and Jimmy booked in for a service with a confirmed loan car and both times they’ve failed to provide it. Despite checking with the office weeks in advance this time (given the distance we need to travel) to make sure it wouldn’t happen again, we’ve still been left without a car to get around for the day. Very disappointing service level and commitment to loyal customers.
