1000% coming here again.. and traveling the 4 hours to get there… why!!!!???? Having always purchased from MB main dealers I was sceptical at first using an independent dealership. I literally cannot fault Bailey.. although I tried. This salesmen responded to my initial query on the way back from the gym note well outside of business hours. He was honest, patient and took a great deal of time to understand the kind of customer I was.. from that he got extremely fussy with the most critical attention to detail. Use him!! He jumped through hoops to make sure my new A45s was spotless I mean it was immaculate. His professionalism but personal attitude towards me felt honestly like dealing with a friend. Quick responses accurate with information and even got the most immaculate valet done none of this water marks business. Wait I did find fault.. wanted a big red bow on the car on collection but given he made the whole process when buying a 50k plus car I’ll let him off.
