I was very disappointed with this companies customer service. I visited the garage in Glasson Athlone on a Saturday a few months ago enquiring about buying a wheelchair van for my Mum. I chatted to the salesman and after discussing everything he told me they would bring a demo car to us the following week. After not hearing anything for over 2 weeks I tried phoning them and it was difficult to get through to them and eventually I got a reply after a few days and I was told they were looking for a van for us. When we could see they weren't interested we found a lovely van on Done deal and still didn't hear back from the WCI garage salesman.

We went to the previous place we dealt with to purchase a new Peugeot Rifter and were told they were no longer making them. We went to another local one who were great in the beginning but never returned phone calls. I contacted WCI and was told a sales representative would ring me back and within 4 hours I had 2 phone calls, that very same day from Dylan, with a deal made. From the very first contact we were kept in the loop from the beginning. We did not have long to wait and our new van was delivered to our home today and our trade in drove away. I am so impressed with the communication, the professionalism and the care we have received from the very 1st contact! Thank you all (particularly Dylan) for making a process, that is usually irritating, so seamless and easy! 100% recommend and more than 5 stars deserved
