My Opel Astra was recalled for an airbag fault. Blackstone Motors were incredibly helpful and booked me in straight away. They explained the process and I was in and out in an hour with the job done. I met with Daniel, who remembered me from been a previous customer which I may add was years ago. That’s customer service! Asked if I would like a tea/coffee and given time to look around. He was knowledgeable and friendly and took the time to help me find a car I would like within my budget range. I definitely would recommend this dealership to others as they get to know their customers even after purchasing a car and it shows they care . Thank you
