Brilliant service — everything was handled with care and without any stress. Felt looked after the whole way through, which isn’t something you always get in a dealership. Professional, sound, and went above and beyond to make sure I drove away happy. Couldn’t fault the experience — fair play to Daniel.

Bought a car privately in the summer and took it here for first service. The lads in the garage were brilliant even though the service itself was a little expensive.

Had a problem recently and waited 5 days for a call back. Rang them again and was told they can't look at it for 5/6 weeks. When booking first service I had to ring multiple times also.

In my limited experience of servicing, they do good work and are clear about their pricing, but it's expensive and not reliable if you're in trouble.

Service department is absolutely useless. Zero points for customer service and zero points for communication, zero points efficiency.

Guy on service desk is a nice pleasant guy, does his best, but unfortunately the workshop team are seriously lacking in any sort of customer focus, no doubt it comes down the line from management.

Bring back Bill Cullen, this nonsense wouldn’t happen during his time running Renault Ireland.
