I recently bought a used car from Blackstone Drogheda and I have to say Paul Murray was an absolute gent. The car I bought needed parts which meant I had to wait a week until they arrived but Paul updated me on a regular basis to let me know when the car would be ready.
I'm very happy with the car and Paul was well able to answer every question I had in relation to the different functions on the car.

I was due for a trip down the country with my elderly father but there was an issue with my brakes. They mechanics had her sorted so we didn't miss out on our holiday.

Bought a car privately in the summer and took it here for first service. The lads in the garage were brilliant even though the service itself was a little expensive.

Had a problem recently and waited 5 days for a call back. Rang them again and was told they can't look at it for 5/6 weeks. When booking first service I had to ring multiple times also.

In my limited experience of servicing, they do good work and are clear about their pricing, but it's expensive and not reliable if you're in trouble.

Service department is absolutely useless. Zero points for customer service and zero points for communication, zero points efficiency.

Guy on service desk is a nice pleasant guy, does his best, but unfortunately the workshop team are seriously lacking in any sort of customer focus, no doubt it comes down the line from management.

Bring back Bill Cullen, this nonsense wouldn’t happen during his time running Renault Ireland.
