We recently bought our new Škoda Octavia from Pilsen Škoda, and the whole experience was genuinely excellent. Our salesperson, Daniela, was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We've bought a few cars over the years and, if I'm honest, I've often found the buying process can feel a bit pressured, with the usual sales tactics around urgency or scarcity. It was really refreshing that we never got that feeling here. Daniela was warm, friendly and genuine from day one, and we always felt she was giving us honest information rather than trying to make a sale. We were given a very fair price for our trade-in, kept fully informed about stock availability and delivery dates, and communication throughout was brilliant. Even when we had lots of questions, Daniela was always quick to come back to us and couldn't have been more helpful. Buying a new car is a big decision, so dealing with people you trust makes all the difference. We'd happily buy from Pilsen Škoda again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Although I am giving a 5* rating, this garage needs to improve it's oversight of trainee mechanics. I have been using this garage for 10 year's, with my sister and dad followed me, we've purchased 7 cars from them to date. The 7th only being collected this week from one of the best sales people I've ever met in Pilsen. Daniela was fantastic from the outset, my dad was due to change due to the end of his PCP. We met Daniela for the first time, and from day 1 she kept us informed of delivery time lines, ending up with my dad getting the exact car he wanted within the budget he had set for himself. I can't recommend Daniela than I already have, she has a smile on her face all the time, ignores her phone when we met with her approx. 4 times prior to collecting the car. Pilsen is lucky to have sales people who are grounded and actually want to sell a car the person wants, not just to shift cars for commission. I hope Pilsen will retain her and look at her customer service skills to apply it across the board. As I said at the start, me & my family used Pilsen for 10 years. The one thing they need to fix is the oversight of the maintenance being carried out on their own brand vehicles. These mechanics are supposed to be the VW/Skoda experts when it comes to regular maintenance and repairing something that has broken. I could give a recent, bad experience I've had with them following my service. It almost made me consider ordering the 8th vehicle from spirit Skoda. But let's not ruin the mood. I will be ordering my new EV in the coming weeks with Daniela because I know if Service was to cause me an issue, she would have it resolved. Thanks Daniela, keep up the awesome work.
