Brought my car to Pilsen as I could not get an appointment anywhere. I bought the car down the country and only had. Small issue. From the outset Sean and his team were top class. The car was booked in but I had to cancel that date. They got me booked in the following week and fixed the issue very quickly. Got my car serviced here last week and it was a very easy experience, the service team were quick to confirm my booking and check if I had any concerns to be checked.
Dropped the car off at 9AM and I received 2 walkthrough videos at lunchtime from the technicians who completed a thorough check of the car while the oil was being changed. Their recommendations were accurate but as they were more advisory than urgent, they didn't try to pressure me into getting these done there and then.
The car was ready at 4PM and was washed and ready to go. Overall a hassle-free service from friendly staff and with a reasonable price too.

Recently got my car serviced and the service from start to finish was exceptional. I was booked in very quickly by Leah, who was very warm and welcoming on the day. I had a missee call from them but Margaret left me a voicemail and sent a text the day before
for a reminder of booking. The video walk through was a very cool feature and Noah provided a comprehensive update on what was done. Very pleasant experience and will be a returning customer for services and next car.

I was due a minor service and timing belt. I dealt mainly with Leah and Sean, they were both professional and courteous and they let me know when I dropped the car in that it would take the full day to get it back. I appreciated this as I could plan my day around it. The price didn’t change from time of booking either. I deducted one star as I had asked them to stick a piece of protruding door sealing back on and they didn’t and it took extra time when I went to collect the car. Overall positive experience and car is running smoothly.
