We were given a very fair price for our trade-in, kept fully informed about stock availability and delivery dates, and communication throughout was brilliant. Purchased a Kodiaq from Daniella back in Jan (only getting around to review now!). Earlier that day, we had visited another dealership, and it felt like we were an imposition when we asked to view a car. When we visited Pilsen, it was a very different experience. Daniela was very warm and genuine during our visit. We had our four year old with us and Daniella made her feel welcome too. As well as being nice, Daniela wasn't pushy with the sale, was clear and upfront, and was very responsive when we had a query (even after the sale). The price for the Kodiaq was also competitive; they offered a fair trade-in price, and following their pre-sale service, they put new tyres on the car for us (unprompted). Still happy with our purchase four months later. So based on our experience, I would highly recommend Pilsen.
