I was shouted at by an employee, told not to be argumentative, and even informed that the repairs covered under my warranty were being done as a “favor.” Instead of fixing my screen properly, a cord was left dangling through the dashboard. What should have been a simple repair turned into a year-long ordeal of back-and-forth visits and frustration. The joy of purchasing my vehicle was completely ruined.
