We recently decided to change our diesel car to an all-electric. Having met with Dylan Brennan in the BYD garage in Waterford, all our concerns were addressed. His knowledge and patience was exemplary. The aftercare is also reassuring, and as for the car we purchased it’s superb.. I would encourage anyone to pop in to BYD Waterford and take one of their cars for a test.

I rang byd Waterford to find out info on seal. I spoke to salesman Dylan and asked was he able to answer my queries. And boy was he well able. I am not young and he explained in layman’s terms. I call to showroom and he explained the high tech and made it simple. Went for test drive and very impressed. I now have started process of installing charger and made a deal for new seal. Byd Waterford are in safe hands with the calibre of persons like Dylan

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently bought a BYD Sealion 7 from Joe and the team at BYD Waterford, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the customer service has been outstanding. The whole setup made the process smooth and enjoyable, and the follow-up service has been second to none. The car itself is out of this world – incredible range, amazing to drive, and easily one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. On top of that, the aftercare package is unbelievable: customer service calls to check in, free servicing for a few years, free tyres, brakes, and even window wipers. Joe and the team have really gone above and beyond, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Thanks to everyone at BYD Waterford for making this such a great experience.
