Recently bought a 2019 Toyota C-HR from East Coast Autos and couldn't be happier with the whole experience. I was very happy with everything when I bought my Honda Shuttle from them and couldn’t fault the service at the time. Unfortunately the after sales service hasn’t been nearly as good. I contacted them on the 1st of August about an issue with the Android head unit in the car. The microphone doesn’t seem to work properly and people can barely hear me when I’m on a call. It’s been nearly 7 weeks now and I’m still no further on with getting it sorted. Communication has been pretty poor and lately I haven’t been getting any replies at all. It’s disappointing because everything was great when I bought the car.
