Last December, I parted with my dream car, a V8 F-Type Convertible, as my family was growing. Soon after, I came across a stunning Porsche Taycan at GC Motors and decided to make the purchase. The sales process was smooth, and the service was excellent. On that experience alone, I would have rated them 4 stars. What truly pushed this review to 5 stars, however, has been everything that followed. The aftercare, warranty support, and ongoing communication have been exceptional. A special mention must go to Neil Abbey, who has been outstanding from day one of aftercare. From the moment I walked into the showroom, Neil made me feel at ease, comfortable, and genuinely excited about the purchase. His professionalism, warmth, and dedication have turned what was initially a one-off exchange into a relationship where I now see myself as a loyal GC Motors customer. Thanks to Neil and the team, I wouldn’t hesitate to return for my next car. Five stars, without question.

He was so helpful and polite, told me all about the company (GC Motors) what a great company with a great background. He then told me all about the car I was interested in, went through everything I needed to know and was open to all my questions. I knew I would have to have the car delivered even without seeing it first but I knew this was a company I could trust. When I messaged Matt he would always answer my questions, even on his day off.
