Recently purchased a BMW from RMC and I was very satisfied with everything from start to finish. Laura met me halfway for a decent test drive and a chance to give the car a thorough viewing. Any issues were sorted and on collection the car was presented in perfect condition. All the paperwork was promptly finalised.  Overall very happy dealing with RMC

Laura was brilliant and very kind from start to end.. I give her 5 star. However, I put 500e deposit on a car that had some wear and tear here and there, we agreed to get them fixed by RMC in a week time which is fine and I had no rush. Then I changed my mind and requested them to refund my deposit. RMC wasn't happy with that and refused returning my deposit as they've already prepared the car for me. I understand that what I did was, wasn't ideal but they can still sell the car that is now in much better condition funded by my deposit. Such a big company shouldn't rely on customers deposits. Instead, refund their deposits just to reach much better customer satisfaction level.
That was my experience with RMC. Think twice before you put a deposit on a car in RMC
