RMC completed a service on my Puma today. They provided me with a full list of work done and they gave me an itemised bill. Great communication from the staff and threw in a car wash as well. Thanks for your work 👍

We bought a car from Robert in early February. Overall he was great to deal with and we’re really happy with the car. However we have been waiting since then for him to contact us and provide the spare key. We have called numerous times and left messages but it’s unfortunately still not sorted.

Update  Ratoath motor centre took car back  in to repair and after havin car for weeks and we paying €1079 to have it repaired the car is off the road again with issues and I emailed Robert  and got no reply he is either away or at a wedding.

Problems started just after warranty ran out

1. Worn tyres
2. Front grill clip broke they fixed with cable tie
3. Boot sensor they fixed
4. Water in back light
5. Injectors leaking  fuel  onto engine
6 fuel pipe to fuel filter blown off from  pipe not fitted correctly
7. Transfer box seal leaking oil
8. Crankshaft seal leaking oil
9. Gearbox seal leaking
10 . Engine cover missing
11. Underneath engine cover missing
12. Bailing twine around cables

They are happy to help but we have to pay costs.
This goes beyond warranty and mileage used.
The jeep is not six years old or didn’t cost a couple of thousand .
