Crew Cab Van Conversions

At Kane’s Conversions, we specialise in crew cab van conversions and SUV conversions. Seating options: There are 4 types of seats to choose from. Both cloth and leather. they all come with ISO Fix and can recline. We generally use Detachable seats than can be removed in less than a minute. Some of the seats have the seatbelts attached which are preferable for larger vans. These give us more flexibility in where they can be positioned. We also have the new Transit Customs seats which are on rails so they can slide forward or back or even face each other if there's more than one row fitted. Floor & Finishing: All van floors are covered with a non slip Lino. The interior and roof is covered with Auto fabric, with 3 different shades to choose from. We can also fit extra lighting or charging points for phones. Windows: We provide fixed or opening windows. The opening windows are generally 100 euro extra. All windows come with a slight tint. Bulkhead: While it isn't necessary to have a bulkhead if you have Tie-down points, it is recommended. These provide enhance safety in a crash by separating any cargo from the passengers. It also leaves the van easier to heat. If possible we use the original Bulkhead from behind the front row of seats and reposition it behind the 2nd row of seats. In some cases we put in a trap door in the bulkhead so as longer pieces of cargo can be transported by simply removing one of the seats. Certification: All conversion work is certified by in-house engineer. All paperwork provided for compliance with industry standards. We also provide the SQI report that is required by Revenue. The Revenue charge 41% of the OMSP which you are obliged to pay. We also provide a engineers report for your insurance. Cost: Any standard size van like a Primastar or Trafic start at 4000 plus the Vat. This will get you fixed windows both sides, 3 detachable seats with ISO fix, a bulkhead and a nice finish on the roof panels and floor.
