Recently bought a car and received excellent customer service and attention. Flam was very professional and transparent, 3 months warranty and AA membership for a year was a nice touch. I was fully confident with my second hand quality good value purchase. I would highly recommend these guys.

Just had the car serviced. The lads are absolute gentlemen. I normally brought the car to BMW to get it serviced but they are just money hungry animals. These lads know their stuff and went above and beyond for a fraction of what BMW would charge

got Octavia from Butterstream recently and traded in my old car. A bit of confusion initially, but staff was nice, helpful, and dropped the car at my place. easy and co-operative to deal with. Car had a small issue, and I am getting it fixed locally. Can update review later on how it goes.

Had my 2 cars serviced here regularly.  Mini was serviced during the summer. Have just had the mini serviced again,  this time with a different mechanic as it was running very rough. When the new mechanic took out the oil filter, he was of the impression that it hadn't been changed in years. Attached is a photo of what an oil filter should look like. The other is the filter that was taken out of my car. Can you spot the difference? Also, it wasn't even due a service going by the sticker Butterstream had stuck inside the windscreen.

Awful customer service. Wanted to try a couple cars, and was told “no, you can’t dirty all the cars” horrendous behaviour. The cars that were tested also felt very unsafe, AA approved!?? I highly doubt it, how on earth this place hasn’t been audited and failed by AA is beyond me. Will take my business to Mccormacks instead
