I drive a 191 CHR . I have been a loyal customer of the old Toyota dealership. And have never been to Tom Murphy’s . While I was shopping my husband let my vehicle run out of battery . I rang my own Toyota garage they could not help me as they were too busy . I then rang the new Toyota Tom murphy car sales and I got through to a lovely lady named Caroline she then passed me on to Ken in service . I explained what happened and within 5 mins he was at our car ready to help . It was heavily raining and he took all of my shopping out of the boot and put in his own van to get at the battery and got me going again . I mean I am amazed that Tom murphy car sales would do that for someone that is not their customer . He then led me back to the service department and got my new battery fixed . I have since then booked in for a service and will be purchasing my next car there . I was in awe driving into the new Toyota dealership as it was amazing . Ken you should be proud of yourself for how you deal with people and helping me and my husband out I hope you didn’t get sick after getting wet . Amazing experience
