From 🤬 to WOW. I had a rocky start with Tom Murphy Car Sales but it was all a misunderstanding and all credit to them they still done business with me. My first impressions were honest and how I felt at the time but communication is key and after talking with everyone from the sales director down, everything got sorted. Hands were shook and apologies made from both sides and a deal was done. They honoured their agreement and I purchased a beautiful ID.3 from them. The price was amazing for vehicle that’s like brand new. Don’t get me wrong when we reached a price point the shutters came down and that’s it, but I couldn’t complain as they already cut the price to the bone. They kept in contact with me throughout the process and delivered the car to the Northwest, the poor delivery guy was on the road a 4am to get the car to me nice and early.
