I do not recommend. I bought an engine for my car from them, we agreed on the price with cash and an invoice, and when he sent me the engine he did not leave me an invoice. I called and he told me on the phone after I took the engine from him, that if I pay with cash he would not give me an invoice, which they did not mention before the purchase. The engine was not in good condition. They are thieves and they are trying to deceive people. I will sue them for what they did. Scammers.

I brought a engine from them . Big mistake! Made adverts for the entire engine plus gearbox and I find on delivery a bare engine. Charging £1706 for this. I contact them and they said in description was just "seller condition" , no what they selling.  Another company's sale the same product for half of price. My advice...stay away from them!

⭐ 1 Star – Absolutely Disgraceful and Incompetent Service

This place is a complete joke.

I went to T-Met specifically to buy a door lock for a Hyundai i30 3-door (pre-facelift). I drove all the way from Dublin, wasting a full day, because they claimed they had the correct car for breaking.

The guy at the counter gave me a lock from a 5-door i30. When I came back and clearly said I do NOT want a refund, I want the correct 3-door lock, he ignored me, processed a refund anyway and then told me to “set it on fire.” Completely unacceptable and disrespectful.

After that, another employee brought me a lock from a 3-door facelift i30, which is NOT compatible — different design and different part code. When I calmly explained that my car is 3-door pre-facelift and the lock does not match, they became aggressive and refused to help any further.

The reality is simple: they were too lazy to remove the correct lock from the proper car, even though it was available. Instead, they wasted my time and treated me with total disrespect.

I lost an entire day, fuel money, and patience, because of arrogance, incompetence, and zero customer service.

Avoid this place. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with any business in Ireland.

Worst experience I’ve ever had.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at T-MET. The two men handling spare parts sales were rude, dismissive, and showed a complete lack of basic customer service and respect.

Instead of helping, they acted uninterested and unprofessional, making me feel like my time and money did not matter at all. This kind of attitude is unacceptable in any business.

I truly hope that someone from management or ownership takes this feedback seriously and takes action, because customers should not be treated this way.

I will definitely not return, and I do not recommend this place based on my experience.
