I do not recommend. I bought an engine for my car from them, we agreed on the price with cash and an invoice, and when he sent me the engine he did not leave me an invoice. I called and he told me on the phone after I took the engine from him, that if I pay with cash he would not give me an invoice, which they did not mention before the purchase. The engine was not in good condition. They are thieves and they are trying to deceive people. I will sue them for what they did. Scammers.

Awful customer service, have not once received a call back when requested or promised. Agreed to purchase a steering rack last week to be delivered today, "no order on record here" I'm now told - apparently the whatsapp that I have a string of messages back and forth on is only for photos and my reply to say I'd take it (30 seconds after confirming delivery was possible) was missed for this reason. The two messages and call afterwards were also missed somehow. I didnt argue this as I'm stuck so said at 9am I'd send someone up for it today (6 hr round trip) and was told we'll confirm stock and call you, took three phone calls from me and 7 hours before they tell me no we've nothing. Also proceeded to tell me a BMW master tech is wrong in saying a 2 letter code isnt essential to match, just the part number, this is from his experience of fitting them many times not just a tall tale. Incompetent and ignorant.
