Ordered a Healtech servo eliminator from their online shop. Great communication, received an email advising me of the waiting time for the part before they processed the order. Got another update to tell me when it was dispatched. Quick turnaround on the order with it arriving well before the expected date. Very happy with the service and would certainly recommend Hourigans. Tommy was the chap I was dealing with, very professional and friendly.

Sent an email regarding the purchase of a €20K motorcycle 5 days ago and not even a response!!! They obviously don't want or need the business.

Very disappointed, contacted shop on four separate occasions over a three day period regarding the purchase of a quad bike.Gentleman I spoke to said he didnt know about same as he worked in the office but he would get someone to ring me ,no one ever rang me back, very unprofessional.
