Left my car with Richie and his team after it being brought in on a flatbed not being able to start. Amazing work by his team to get my car back up and running within 24 hours of them having it. Service department were great in finding the issue and getting it done for me. Would highly recommend for as an opel garage. They even washed the car before I collected it. 10 out of 10 for customer service!

Great experience from start to finish.

I walked in looking to browse, seen a car I was interested in and spoke with Derek. Derek had all the information on the car even though it had just arrived in, knew it's history, showed me first hand the mileage and gave me the keys to test drive it. Needless to say I walked out with a car I couldn't have been happier with.

Derek was very knowledgeable, had all the details at the ready and he was very helpful and extremely informative. On the day of picking up the car it was spotless, well detailed and just sitting there waiting to go.

Couldn't recommend him or Jan enough, they were both very helpful and made the overall experience smoother than I could have possibly imagined.

Bought a Skoda Octavia 172 from this dealership. After some time a rattling front window was reported and two new front shocks were replaced as they were broken. Unfortunately the car was either sold with a damaged front left ABS sensor connection + cable that goes to it or they haven't put it back on it when replacing the shocks. Refused to take  responsibility. If ever buying a car from here please get it checked elsewhere as well because Cranley cars will not take responsibility. Suddenly neither the mechanic or the seller is working there anymore :) Interesting staff turnover.

Very average sales service. After a test drive and numerous calls and texts back and forth on a prospective deal, a verbal agreement was made over the phone. Deposit sum was agreed and the bank details were agreed to be exchanged.   On the next message I was told that on reflection that the deal agreed  was too low and a better offer was  made in the meantime (2hrs) Waste of time and effort.
