Have recently purchased a Cupra Formentor from DMG Motors. From the first phone call to start arranging the Sale to collecting the car I had an extremely  professional experience with Salesman Will Patterson. I received a fair trade in amount for my car against the New Car.
Will was very knowledgeable and answered any questions that I had regarding my first move to the Cupra brand.
We traveled up from Cork and arranged to collect the new car on a Saturday morning. We were made so welcome A Hot cup of Coffee was provided and then all paperwork was completed stress free. The little touches like the gifts in the boot were a lovely surprise an umbrella a shopping bag and a selection of chocolates from DMG.
After travelling back to Cork on Saturday evening. Will went to the trouble on the Monday evening to ring me to see if got home ok and all was well with our new purchase. I picked up a Skoda Octavia yesterday and Will in sales could not have done more. From when I ordered back last year until now he's been very patient and gave a great run-through/set up before I drove off. Very happy with the purchase and treatment from all at DMG.
